Did I already tell you Italy is my favorite country in the whole world?
I just love everything about it: the dolce vita, the diversity of landscapes, the beautiful and charming little village and towns, the history, the architecture, the people, the language, the food, the wine,…
Yes, I’m in love. And I feel so lucky I get to more and more travel to shoot Destination Weddings in Italy. You got it all there: amazing wedding venues, amazing warm glowing light, the palette colors is the best. And finally, the weather…. Coming from Belgium, I particularly love shooting luminous images in the sun and it’s rare in my country.
So this summer, we decided at the very last minute with my boyfriend to go on a little holidays around the Lake Como and Lake Major. We really really loved it. And right before my holidays, I bought my very first ‘FILM’ camera. I have always loved the look of film photography. There is just something magical about it. You cannot replicate the colors and luminous image with a digital camera.
So here it is, a couple of pictures shot with my Nikon F100 film camera
